About the product
This collection is inspired and made in Portugal. We seek to raise awareness of the fantastic fauna that inhabits our country (Portugal and the rest of the Iberian Peninsula). Alerting to the accomplishment of these species, we will be protected species and on the way to extinction.

Black vulture (Aegypius monachus), also called gray vulture, common vulture, black vulture, gray vulture, griffon vulture[citation needed] and bonepecker, is a bird in the Accipitridae family. It is a large scavenger bird of prey. It occurs in a long belt along the mid-latitudes of the Palearctic, from the Iberian Peninsula in the west, through the Balkans and Turkey, through the Caucasus, Iran, Afghanistan to southern Siberia, Mongolia and northern China.
In Portugal, the population has been extinct as a breeder since the early 1970s, but the number of observations has been increasing since the 1990s, with some unsuccessful nesting attempts having been recorded in the national territory until 2015. (year in which the first calf was born in 70 years).
